The 82nd annual Bud Billiken Parade and Picnic kicks off tomorrow morning in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. Beginning at 39th Street and South Martin Luther King Drive, the parade will continue south towards 55th Street at Washington Park, giving residents of Grand Boulevard and Washington Park apartments a great view of the festivities.
