Maintenance

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: install locks, install doors, repair door jambs, install casing and baseboards, basic wall repair and painting
• Basic Plumbing Repair: repair and replace damaged supply lines (both copper and galvanized), repair and replace drain lines and vents, replace faucets and p-traps, replace shower controls, install shut offs, install toilets, repair/replace gas lines, rod clogged drain lines
• Basic Electric: replace faulty switches and outlets, install light fixtures, install circuit breakers, troubleshoot electrical problems i.e. shorts, outlets not grounded correctly, etc
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous maintenance projects/tasks
• Quickly and effectively complete assigned maintenance requests

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Compensation: $10-15/hour depending on experience
• Job Type:  Independent Contractor
