Apartment Viewing Requirements
- Moving Date. Must be moving within the next 60 days
- Rental History. Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eviction History. You do NOT have an Eviction within the last 365 days
- Background. You do NOT have a Felony within the last 5 years
- Moving Papers. Must have access to your Moving Papers (Only applicable for section 8 renters)
- Co-Signer. You have access to a co-signer (if requested by Pangea)
- Income. Net income (after taxes) is two-times the monthly apartment rent
- Employment. Must be employed or have a permanent source of income
- Pangea Accepts Permanent Programs like: SSI, SSA, Benefits, Pensions, etc
- Pangea does NOT accept Temporary Programs like: Put Illinois to Work, Food Stamps, Other Temporary Unemployment, Child Support or Alimony, etc
