Antony Paul
Finance & Accounting
Antony Paul started with Pangea in 2009 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Management audit practice at a Big 4 accounting firm. After viewing the financial/real estate collapse of 2008 he joined Pangea because of its solid vision for rebuilding distressed neighborhoods and contributing to economic recovery here in the Midwest.
He was first introduced to Pangea while he was in Mali, Africa (working for the Peace Corps) when the Pangea team travelled there to help build a school they helped finance.
Chris Milliner
Property Manager
Chris joined Pangea Real Estate in 2009 as a Property Manager and manages nearly 800 units, in Chicago’s South and West neighborhoods. Chris focuses on leasing his units, stabilizing new buildings and most importantly providing excellent customer service. Prior to joining Pangea Chris was involved in the real estate industry for 8 years.
In his free time Chris enjoys traveling and trying out new restaurants although has been known to have a soft spot for Jamaican Jerk Chicken.
Jarred Mroch
Property Manager
Jarred joined Pangea in 2009 where he manages over 200 apartment units located in Chicago’s South Shore community. Jarred is focused on leasing his available apartment units, quickly resolving maintenance inquiries from his current tenants, while also providing a safe and secure apartment rentals.
When Jarred is not at Pangea you can find him dedicated at his other job where he has been proudly and bravely serving our Country in the USMC for over 9 years. Jarred has deployed on two separate occasions to Iraq.
Nick Joung
Operations & Construction
Nick brings an extensive knowledge, with over 10 years experience where his main areas of focus were investing, rehabbing, and managing buildings in the South and West side neighborhoods. At Pangea he supervises the construction team that works diligently to build better homes for its residents.
He has always had a passion for renovating and while in college established a business that painted houses.
Robert Turner
Leasing Consultant
Robert came to Pangea in 2010 and quickly grew into the Leasing Consultant Supervisor. He oversees a team of 10 consultants that help renters find apartments, set showings and lease signings for thousands of Chicago residents every month.
His passion lies in Martial arts where he has been studying the art of Tae Kwon Do for over 20 years and currently holds a black belt.
Victor Fuller
Tenant Relations
Victor started with Pangea in 2010 and currently supervises the Tenant Relations team. Utilizing his previous experience in managing and training customer service, underwriting and collections representatives - he is knowledgeable and passionate about ensuring Pangea’s tenants have a great experience.
You can frequently find Victor singing and dancing to his favorite Glee episode throughout the halls at Pangea.
