Pay rent at your local currency exchange. It's cheap and fast!
Pay your rent like you pay your Light or Gas bill. It only costs $3.00.
- Go to the nearest currency exchange.
- Tell the store clerk that you would like to make a bill payment to Pangea Real Estate.
- Provide this information & keep your receipt. **This is NOT MoneyGram or WesternUnion.

Pay rent by E-pay with your checking account
You can save time, avoid late fees and receive $25 off next month's rent after you successfully set up your account & pay rent by checking account. Once enrolled, you have the option to pay by phone or through our website (one-time discount)
- Call 888-218-0080 to have Pangea enable your account.
- After your account has been enabled, go to your email account to retrieve your password
- Next, login in to the Tenant Center (top right), with the e-mail address and password you were provided. Click on "Payment Center" and follow the instructions online to finish the payment.
Pay rent by mail (Money Orders/Checks Only)
Or simply mail your payment. Mail payment prior to your due date to avoid late fees. Do not pay cash to the property managers or send cash through the mail. Please send rent by check or money order to PANGEA REAL ESTATE - PO BOX 809009 - CHICAGO, IL 60680
